3+ years of proven experience leading the creative charge in advertising or a creative agency
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of real case studies, in which you’ve participated and describe your role in the project
Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling
Excellent understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design
You inspire and lead creative teams, working seamlessly with copywriters and designers
Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passion for staying on top of design trends and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project
Experience with digital and print design, as well as packaging and advertising concepts
Your day-to-day impact
Leading and guiding the creative vision for advertising campaigns across digital, print, and other media
Collaborating closely with clients, copywriters, and designers to bring ideas to life
Ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Developing visual concepts and presenting them to clients for feedback and approval
Overseeing the work of junior designers, providing mentorship and creative direction
Managing multiple projects at once while maintaining high standards of design and quality
Reviewing and refining designs to ensure they meet project requirements and client expectations
Contributing creative ideas to brainstorm sessions and helping shape overall campaign strategies
